I want to let you know that you don&#8217;t want to make your workouts too long ( two hours event) to achieve the results you want.</p>
<p>Here is a simple idea for outdoor workouts that takes me about 10 to 20 min, but showed great results&#8230;..</p>
<p>There is a small playground &amp; a softball field at the end of our road. So anytime I want to get a quick outdoor workout, I run to this field, warmup and after that if I feel ready I do 10 to 20 minutes of these exercises without any rest in between:</p>
<p>- 50 or up to 100 yard wind sprints<br />
- hill sprints (if there is a hill in your area)<br />
- pushups<br />
- variations of walking lung<br />
- variations of bodyweight squat<br />
- variations of squat jump, box jump, or lunge jump<br />
- pullups<br />
- mountain climbers on the ground</p>
<p>So how to lose fat quickly doing the above exercises? Well, sometimes I will go through all the above exercises and sometimes I will pick two of them and alternate between them. I take short periods of rest, about 10 to 30 seconds, to ensure high intensity all the time. The short rest periods increase the hormonal response to burn fat, so you can get the maximum benefit from these exercises.</p>
<p>Following the above method you can get a great workout In just ten to twenty minutes, ten you can go back to get on with your life.</p>
